PRE-BOOK TOKEN REDEMPTION IS BASED IN ORDER OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Cabin Selection Group 1:
Jam Cruisers who have sailed ALL seven years (which includes either Jam Cruise 1 or 2), and who pre-book by April 1, 2010. You will be given the advantage to select your cabin based on the order your Pre-Book is received.

Cabin Selection Group 2:
Jam Cruisers who have sailed on at least three Jam Cruises, and who Pre-Book by April 1, 2010. You will be given the advantage to select your cabin based on the order your pre-book is received.

Cabin Selection Group 3:
Jam Cruisers who have sailed on at least one Jam Cruise, and who Pre-Book by April 1, 2010. You will be given the advantage to select your cabin based on the order your pre-book is received.

Cabin Selection Group 4:
Virgin Cruisers (those that have not sailed before) who Pre-book prior to December 31, 2009.

Cabin Selection Group 5:
Virgin Cruisers (those that have not sailed before) who Pre-book after December 31, 2009 and everyone who Pre-books after April 1, 2010.

By paying a $250 deposit, you will be HOLDING A CABIN on Jam Cruise 9 in 2011. Passengers who Pre-book will have options for cabin selection prior to the opening on sale date for general reservations. When the 2011 Jam Cruise 9 details are announced (in the Spring), you will be sent a Pre-book “token” and detailed information regarding on what date and how to select your cabin. Should you wish to cancel at that time, you will have thirty (30) days from the initial Jam Cruise 9 announcement to cancel your Pre-book and receive a full refund (less a $50 administrative fee). 

PLEASE DO NOT DOUBLE BOOK! IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR TOKEN FOR CABIN SELECTION, ONLY ONE PERSON IN EACH CABIN IS ALLOWED TO PRE-BOOK FOR JAM CRUISE 9.

You will need to have your Cloud 9 ID to complete the Pre-Book process.

If you have EVER traveled with Cloud 9 Adventures, you currently have a Cloud 9 ID already set up in our reservations system.

It is critical that passengers with Cloud 9 IDs do not register for a new account. as any duplicate contacts would not contain your vital Jam Cruise trip history! Pre-book tokens are issued based on seniority and time of purchase, so if you create a duplicate ID you will not get credit for past cruises! (see below for more on pre-book token redemption)

If you have NEVER traveled with Cloud 9 Adventures and have not yet registered for a Cloud 9 Contact ID, click here to create a new account before making your Pre-Book purchase.

Once you have selected to purchase your Pre-book, please disregard the bedding preference and medical / dietary needs fields, as well as the emergency contact and passport information as they will need to be completed at the time of token redemption, and not be applied to your Jam Cruise 9 reservation.
