HOW TO BOOK

Booking a cabin on Jam Cruise 9 is easy. Just follow these guidelines, and get ready for an adventure of a lifetime!

Booking Instructions

1) Access the reservations system

Click on the "Book Now" link in the drop down menu above. This will take you into the Cloud 9 Reservations system. If you have a Cloud 9 ID, you will enter it to access the system - if you do not, follow the instructions to create a Cloud 9 ID.

2) Enter or create your Cloud 9 ID

Your Cloud 9 ID is your unique login that accesses your personal information and trip history. If you have traveled with us before, you already have a Cloud 9 ID which can be retrieved from within the reservations system. If you're a first timer, you can register for a Cloud 9 ID and password at the time of booking. After you have booked your room, your Cloud 9 ID and password will allow you to access your reservation to add passengers, make future payments, and edit personal information.

3) Select your cabin

When you access the booking system, you will have complete access to all of the available cabin inventory. Please keep in mind that the cabin inventory may be limited, so it is best to have a few back up options of cabin types just in case your first preference is not available.

4) Fill your cabin

As the person creating a reservation, you are also the "lead passenger" in your cabin. It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your cabin. If your cabin mates have been on Jam Cruise before, you will be able to pull up their accounts using their email address (provided it's one we have on file). If they are new to  Jam Cruise, you will need to create a new account for them to add them to your cabin. After you add them to your cabin, they will receive an email with their new Cloud 9 ID for future log in. You will also have the opportunity to divide the payments between everyone in your cabin.

Booking instructions for pre-booked passengers:

You have already paid your $250 deposit, book your cabin now.

Enter the booking system, enter you Cloud 9 ID and select your cabin. Your Cloud 9 ID is your unique Cloud 9 login that contains your personal information and trip history. Your pre-book deposit will appear in your account when you go to book your cabin and will be applied towards your cabin cost.

2) Fill your cabin

By virtue of pre-booking, you are considered the "lead passenger" in your cabin. You will also have the option to divide payments between everyone in your cabin.

Additional Info regarding your cabin mates

Be advised that you are obligated for the full cruise fare and fees of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process even should you not provide additional guest information to us.

If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing addresses for each card. To complete the reservation process, you must provide a $250 deposit per person AND comply with our payment deadlines based on the date that you book. This deposit can be paid entirely by the lead passenger, or can be divided among all cabin mates.

Prices are subject to change and are based on availability. All rates are per person. Add $205 per person for fees, which includes gratuities, port charges, ticketing fees, and greening surcharge. $20 of these fees (per passenger) will support the Greening Jam Cruise program. A portion of these funds will be applied towards our efforts to offset the ecological footprint of Jam Cruise 9. In the event that the cost of fuel goes up dramatically between now and the time we sail, a fuel surcharge may be imposed for our sailing January 4-9, 2011; that surcharge will be added to the passenger's cabin costs, not to exceed $30 per passenger.

SINGLES PROGRAM

Traveling Solo? Book the Singles Program!

The singles program allows you to book a single spot in a room, and we assign the other spots to other fellow singles travelers. You will therefore only be responsible for the per person rate for the cabin (plus the fees).

Your cabin-mates will be chosen at random, and they will all be of your same gender. There will be absolutely no co-ed singles cabins! Singles Program spaces may not be purchased online. You must contact us to confirm a spot in the Singles Program.

Confirm a spot in the Singles Program via email or call us at 561-368-8922.

If you'd like to travel solo without someone else in your cabin, you're certainly welcome to do so. MSC does not offer single occupancy cabins, so you would need to purchase a double occupancy cabin. You are still responsible for the entire cost of the double occupancy cabin - including all fees.
