How To Book

Booking a cabin on Jam Cruise 10 is easy. Just follow these guidelines, and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!

Booking instructions for general reservations:

1) Access the Cloud 9 Adventure's reservations system

Click on the "Book Now" link on the home page. This will take you into the Cloud 9 Reservations system. If you have a Cloud 9 ID, you will enter it to access the system - if you do not, follow the instructions to register for a Cloud 9 ID.

2) Enter or register for your Cloud 9 ID

Your Cloud 9 ID is your unique login that accesses your personal information and trip history. If you have traveled with us before, you already have a Cloud 9 ID which can be retrieved from within the reservations system. If you're a first timer, you can register for a Cloud 9 ID and password at the time of booking. After you have booked your room, your Cloud 9 ID and password will allow you to access your reservation to make future payments and edit personal information.

3) Select your cabin

When you enter the booking system, you will have complete access to all available cabin inventory. Please keep in mind that the cabin inventory may be limited, so it's best to have a few back up options of cabin types just in case your first preference is not available.

4) Fill your cabin

As the person creating a reservation, you are considered to be the "lead passenger." It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your cabin. If your cabin mates have been on Jam Cruise before, you will be able to pull up their accounts using their email address (provided it's one we have on file). If they are new to Jam Cruise, you will need them to create a new account before adding them to your cabin. After registering, they will receive an email with their new Cloud 9 ID for future log in. You will also have the opportunity to divide the payments between everyone in your cabin once each passenger has a Cloud 9 ID. Non-Lead passengers please be advised that ONLY the lead passenger can add, remove and change guests. Cloud 9 Adventures strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment.

Booking instructions for pre-booked passengers:

1) You have already paid your $250 deposit, book your cabin

Once you have logged in to Cloud 9 Reservations, enter your Cloud 9 ID and select your cabin. Your Cloud 9 ID is your unique Cloud 9 login that contains your personal information and trip history. Your pre-book deposit will appear in your account when you go to book your cabin and will be automatically applied towards your total cabin cost.

2) Fill your cabin

By virtue of pre-booking, you are considered the "lead passenger" in your reservation. It is your responsibility to complete the booking process for everyone in your cabin. Cruisin Solo

Traveling Alone? Book the Cruisin' Solo Program!

The Cruisin' Solo program allows you to book a single spot in a room, and we assign the other spots to other solo travelers. You will therefore only be responsible for the per person rate for the cabin (plus fees).

Your cabin-mates will be selected at random, and they will all be of your same gender. There will be absolutely no co-ed singles cabins!

Cruisin' Solo Program spaces may not be purchased online. You must contact us to confirm a spot in the Singles Program.

Confirm a spot in the Cruisin' Solo Program via email or call us at 561-368-8922.

If you'd like to travel alone, without anyone else in your cabin, you're certainly welcome to do so. MSC does not offer single occupancy cabins, so you would need to purchase a double occupancy cabin. You are still responsible for the entire cost of the double occupancy cabin - including all fees.
