Pre-Book FAQs

Now that I've pre-booked, what do I do?
If you have already pre-booked your cabin, please wait for an e-mail from us with further instructions about how and when to place your reservation. You should receive an e-mail by May 12th. If you do not, please e-mail jctravel@jamcruise.com.

When does Jam Cruise go on sale?
Jam Cruise will go on sale to the general public on June 4 if any inventory remains after the pre-booking period.

Where can I place my reservation?
You can place your reservation online at www.jamcruise.com starting June 4. If you prefer to place your reservation over the phone, please call us at 954-317-3586.

What information will I need to place my reservation?
Before placing your reservation, make sure you have all of the following info for all of your guests:
full LEGAL name (no nicknames)
date-of-birth
address
citizenship
phone number
e-mail address
Jam Cruise ID number

You will be asked to provide an emergency contact person (1 per cabin).

Each guest will also be asked which artist brought them to the event. You will be given a choice of all individual artists or "the event itself." Please have an answer prepared for all of your guests.

If you are unsure of who your guests will be at the time of booking, you can create a placeholder on the reservation site.

Complimentary name and placeholder changes will be accepted until September 20, 2007. All name additions and changes made after this date will be subject to the name change fee of $75 per person. After November 28, 2007, all name changes will be $125 per person. Name changes are subject to increased fees closer to the event.

If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the billing addresses for each card.

How will I know which cabin to book?
Deck maps of the Lirica can be found here. If there are no symbols on the stateroom, that is a double occupancy cabin. One dot symbolizes a triple occupancy cabin, and two dots symbolize a quadruple occupancy cabin. Please have 2 or 3 cabin choices available when placing your reservation, as you may not be able to get your first choice.

What if I am a single wanting to cruise?
Traveling Solo? Book the Singles Program! You can confirm your spot and only commit to a space in a cabin. In the Singles Program you will be randomly matched up with other cruisers based strictly on gender. Singles Program spaces may not be purchased online! You must contact us to confirm a spot in the Singles Program. Per person rates start at $1024.00 (this price includes $195 fees). Email jctravel@jamcruise.com or call us at 954-317-3586 to confirm today!

If you'd like to travel solo without someone else in your cabin, you're certainly welcome to do so. MSC does not offer single occupancy cabins, so you would need to purchase a double occupancy cabin. You are still responsible for the entire cost of the double occupancy cabin--including all taxes and fees.

What type of payments are accepted?
Jam Cruise accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Checks and money orders are also acceptable forms of payment; please make them out to Cloud 9 Adventures and send them us at: 290 SW 12th Avenue Suite 11 Pompano Beach, FL 33069

What if I didn't pre book? When can I place my reservation?
If you did not pre-book your cabin, you will need to wait to place your reservation when the event goes on sale to the public on June 4.

Bring your cameras and enough film to capture the entire event, ear plugs, sunscreen, bathing suit, rain gear.
