- • You get a $50 referral fee for each NEW Jam Cruiser referred by you
- • The person you are referring cannot be in your cabin, they have to be in a separate cabin
- • You have to be a returning cruiser and both parties need to sail on Jam Cruise 7

Any guest who is under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult over the age of 21 who expressly agrees to be responsible for the minor and they must be booked in the same or connecting cabins.Kids Rates
1 Month – 2 Years: $299 extra assuming the child will sleep in the bed with the parents or use a crib.2-10 Years: You must reserve a cabin including the child in the occupancy load. The child will receive 25% off the per person rate.(Not including the $195/ person gratuity, port charges and fees)
11 Years and Up: Full Price
What is a Jam Cruise Username?
The Jam Cruise Username is a unique login that you create that holds all of your pertinent personal information. This username is accompanied by a unique password, also created by you, to ensure security. This Jam Cruise username and password will allow you to access the booking pages along with your token, at your scheduled booking time. It also will allow you to access your reservation to add passengers, make payments, and edit personal information.
If you sailed with us last year, you already have a Jam Cruise ID, which looks like this “SXM-1234“. We’ve switched to the new username to make it easier for you to remember your login information. To update your profile and switch to a new username of your choice go to the passenger login areapassenger login area and enter your Jam Cruise ID and password from last year. You will then be able to update your information as well as choose a username and password of your choice for this year.

Booking Instructions for Pre-Bookers
You have already submitted your $250 deposit and are pre-booked for the adventure of a lifetime, Jam Cruise 7.
Here’s what you need to know to complete your cabin booking and reservation:
1) You will receive an e-mail from us that will allow you to register for a Jam Cruise username. This unique username and password will store all of your critical information (name, date of birth, even credit card information) in our system for easy reference. You can also have your cabinmates register for a Jam Cruise username to make the booking process easier. Instead of entering all of their information into the booking system, all you will need to enter is their username and password, the booking system will do the rest. If they don’t register before you complete the booking process, make sure you have all of their important information (listed above). Once you complete the booking process, these cabinmates, without usernames, will be contacted via e-mail and prompted to create a Jam Cruise username.
This is also the information you will use to log into your Jam Cruise reservation to do things like make payments, update personal information, etc.
2) You will also receive an e-mail with your “token” information. The token is a unique code that will allow you to access the booking system, along with your username and password, through www.jamcruise.com at a specific date and time to finalize your reservation. Only the lead passenger will receive the token and it is their responsibility to use this token to complete the booking process. In the event that you pre-booked multiple times, you will receive a unique token for each pre-book. You must complete the entire booking process for each individual cabin you wish to reserve.
3) When you access the booking system, you will have complete access to all of the available cabin inventory. Please keep in mind that the cabin preference you indicated on your pre-book form was just that, a preference. That preference may not be available at your time of booking, so it is best to have a few back up options just in case.
4) In the event you do not receive these e-mails or have any further questions concerning the booking process, please contact the Jam Cruise Travel Office.
Booking Instructions for the General On Sale
Didn’t get in on the pre-book this year? Well, any cabins still available after we process all of our pre-bookers will go on sale to the general public on June 4th at 12:00 noon EST. Here’s what you need to know:
1) You will be able to access the booking pages directly from our website, www.jamcruise.com, without the use of a token. You can still register for a Jam Cruise username to expedite the process, but it is not required. Just as mentioned above, if you do not have usernames and passwords for you and your cabinmates, please make sure that you have all the important information for everyone (listed above). You and your cabinmates will then be contacted via e-mail to create a Jam Cruise username and password. These can be used to access your reservation to make payments, edit personal information,etc.
2) When you access the booking system, you will have complete access to all of the available cabin inventory. Please keep in mind that the cabin preference you indicated on your pre-book form was just that, a preference. Other General Booking Information
If you are unsure of who your guests will be at the time of booking you can fill in only the information you know and add additional guests later. Be advised that you are obligated for the full cruise fare and fees of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process even should you not provide additional guest information to us.
If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing addresses for each card. Your own credit card information can be stored in your Jam Cruise username to expedite the payment process.
Discounts
The first 200 cabins to pay their Jam Cruise 7 balance in full by May 31, 2008 will be eligible for a $200.00 discount. The discount is only eligible if ALL passengers in cabin have paid in full. The discount applies to the entire cabin reservation, not to an individual guest.Take advantage of our popular Singles Program!
Traveling solo? Book the Singles Program aboard Jam Cruise 7! You can confirm your spot and only commit to a space in a cabin. In the singles program you will be randomly matched up with other cruisers based on your gender. You are only responsible for the per-person fares and fees of the cabin. Single spaces may not be purchased online! You must call 954-317-3586 to confirm a spot in the Jam Cruise 7 Singles Program.Fees, Cancellations and Transfers
Jam Cruise offers and HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that you consider travel insurance for your trip. Because of the nature and uniqueness of our event we have a strict cancellation policy. For more information on travel insurance for Jam Cruise please click here.The passenger that places the reservation for Jam Cruise 7 is the “lead” passenger and is the “owner” of the reservation. They must agree and initiate any changes in the reservation.

A $35 late payment fee will be charged to any cabin that does not remit payment by the established payment dates.
Any cancellation or reservation changes will be assessed a $75 fee once the reservation is confirmed. Complimentary name changes will be accepted until September 19, 2008. All name additions and changes made after this date will be subject to the name change fee of $75 per person. After November 21, 2008, all name changes will be subject to a $125 name change fee per person.

Full remaining balance dueReservations will be accepted until the ship is sold out, however the above schedule remains the same. For example if you purchase a cabin after July 11th the balance due will be $250/person and 50% of the remaining balance.
If full payment has not been received by September 12, 2008, Jam Cruise has the right to consider the reservation canceled, with cancellation penalties applied.

Non-RefundableThe date that such written notice of cancellation is received will determine the applicable cancellation fees per the above schedule. No exceptions will be made.
Those who pre-booked will have until May 31st for a refund minus $50 in administrative fees. There will not be any refunds given for those who do not show up on time, unused tickets, or cancellations received after October 3rd or after the start of Jam Cruise 7.
