Reservations will be accepted until the ship is sold out, however the above
schedule remains the same. For example if you purchase a cabin after July 11
the balance due will be $250/person and 50% of the remaining balance.
If you do not make your payments online or on the phone your card(s) will be automatically charged one day after the payment deadline.
If full payment has not been received by September 12, 2008, Jam Cruise has
the right to consider the reservation canceled, with cancellation penalties
applied.

Any cancellation or reservation changes will be assessed a $75 fee once the reservation is confirmed. This includes changing the lead passenger, moving cabins, etc.
The date that such written notice of cancellation is received will determine
the applicable cancellation fees per the above schedule. No exceptions will be made.
Those who pre-booked will have until May 31st for a refund minus $25 in administrative fees. There will not be any refunds given for those who do not show up on time, unused tickets, or cancellations received after October 3rd or after the start of Jam Cruise 7.
Complimentary name changes will be accepted until September 19, please have all passenger names into our travel office by this date. All name additions and changes made after this date will be subject to the name change fee of $75 per person. After November 21, 2008 all name changes will be subject to a $125 per person name change fee. The Jam Cruise Travel Office phone number is: 954-317-3586.
There will not be any refunds given for those who to do not show up on time, unused tickets, or cancellations received late or after the start of the cruise. It is strongly recommended that you purchase Travel Insurance.
EMBARKATION
Embarkation is approximately 1:00 pm on January 4, 2009. Check in will be from 1-6pm on January 4, 2009. The Ship will leave Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale at exactly 7:00 pm on January 4th. Guests are required to be onboard the ship no later than 6:00pm. When the ship returns to Port Everglades on January 9, 2009, please plan 1-2 hours before disembarkation for Customs and Immigration clearance. It is recommended that passengers departing from the Fort Lauderdale Airport should schedule their flights after 12:30pm to allow sufficient time, if flying from Miami please schedule flights after 1:30pm. Book your flights at your own risk, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
RIGHT TO CHANGE ITINERARY
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC reserves the right, at any time, to change, postpone or abandon all or any part of the cruise program and to change the itinerary whenever advisable or necessary. In this case, Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC will NOT be responsible for any loss or expenses caused by reason of such changes or abandonment. Refunds are not made to passengers who elect not to complete the cruise for any reason or cause whatsoever. Unforeseen illnesses, circumstances, and contingencies may arise causing a cancellation by a band. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC reserves the right to alter bands contracted for this cruise if necessary.
RATES
Rates include ocean transportation, accommodations on board ship, most meals on board ship, gratuity, port charges, and service fees. Rates do not include shore excursions, laundry or valet service, or any other items purchased aboard ship of a personal nature such as wines, liquor, beverages, room service and specialty dining. Rates are in US dollars, per person.
GRATUITIES/PORT CHARGES/SERVICE FEES
Gratuities, port charges, and service fees (totaling $195) are to be paid in full with final payment.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
What Travel Documents do I need for Jam Cruise 7?
We advise that all of our guests have a valid US Passport when attending Jam Cruise as you will be traveling outside of the US and visiting foreign countries. However, due to an extension by the US State Department, all passengers will be
admitted to board with an original copy of a birth certificate and photo ID. The birth certificate must have the raised seal located on the actual document.
No copies of any kind will be permitted.
Please be sure to visit the US State Department website with any further inquiries.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST EITHER HAVE A VALID US PASSPORT OR A PHOTO ID WITH AN ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH RAISED SEAL OR YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BOARD JAM CRUISE 7! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
SERVICE ON SHIP
Valuables and personal funds should be placed in the safe deposit boxes in the cabin. Additional storage is available at the Purser's Office. All charges on board ship are on a cashless basis, with credit being established before boarding of ship. Payment at end of cruise may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or cash. This prevents the need for large sums of cash being carried on person. There are no ATMS onboard, passenger's can obtain a cash advance at the cashier’s desk.
MEDICAL SERVICES
The Orchestra has an onboard infirmary staffed by medical professionals that is equipped to handle most emergencies and routine medical procedures. The infirmary has medication for seasickness and other commonly distributed medication. A fee will be charged for onboard medical services. If the situation exceeds the capacity of the onboard infirmary, you will be transferred to medical facilities on shore.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS/PREGNANCY POLICY
Persons who have a physical or mental disability or a medical condition must report same to Jam Cruise IN WRITING AT THE TIME RESERVATION IS MADE. This information may be forwarded to MSC Cruise Lines to the ship's doctor for review. Failure to provide such information prior to sailing may require Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC to cancel your reservation with you suffering the appropriate cancellation penalty if sufficient time is NOT provided to make adequate determination of medical conditions or requirements. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC and MSC Cruise Lines reserve the right to revoke or refuse passage to anyone who may, in the sole judgment of MSC Cruise Lines, require treatment, care or attention beyond that which the ship's facility can provide or whose mental or physical condition may make them incapable of a cruise voyage with you suffering the appropriate cancellation penalties. An infirmary, staffed by a physician and nurse, is available.
Passengers wishing special diets or facing physical disabilities must notify Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC in writing of such requests at least 45 days prior to sailing.
Please be advised that guests who are 28 weeks or more into their pregnancy at the time of the voyage will not be permitted to sail because of the risk of premature labor.
LAND PACKAGES / SHORE EXCURSIONS
Shore excursions are offered for your enjoyment at a moderate extra cost, which will be announced on board. Each tour is operated in the various ports of call by local tourist service companies. The following are not under the control of Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC: hotel stays, car rentals, sightseeing excursions, dive programs, shore-side restaurants, transportation by air, rail, bus, or other means, and any other service provided by a third party. The arrangements are made only as a convenience to the passenger. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC shall not be liable for services and facilities provided by independent contractors resulting in any loss, damage, injury, death, or illness nor cost of any delay or cancellation.
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC acts only as sales and marketing agents for the purpose of booking travel arrangements. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or other matters due to negligence, wrongful acts, errors or omissions on the part of any third party, or any supplier of services of goods or of agents selected by you or your travel agent.
REFUSAL OF PASSAGE
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC acts only as sales and marketing agents for the purpose of booking travel arrangements on MSC Cruise Lines and various airlines. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC expressly disclaim any responsibility for personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or other matters due to negligence, wrongful acts, errors or omissions on the part of any third party, or any supplier of services of goods or of agents selected by you or your travel agent.
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC and MSC Cruise Lines may, at their absolute discretion, require any person to withdraw from the cruise if it is deemed that the person's acts or conduct is offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC shall have no further liability.
GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 21
Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a person 21 years or older in the same cabin. Infants must be at least 1 month old to be eligible to travel.
LIQUOR & BEVERAGE POLICY
Guests are prohibited from bringing any alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages or any food onboard.
Alcoholic beverages will not be sold or served to anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the ship's gift shops or in ports of call will be retained by MSC Cruise Lines until the end of the voyage.
LUGGAGE
Each guest may bring onboard a reasonable amount of baggage. All luggage must be stored in the passenger's cabin. Pets, dangerous or illegal items such as weapons, explosives, combustible substances, non-prescription controlled substances, or illegal drugs may not be brought onboard the ship. Any such items shall be surrendered to security at embarkation and may be disposed of at the sole discretion of MSC Cruise Lines. All luggage hand-carried or checked is subject to search.
Curbside porters are available at the pier during embarkation to take luggage to the vessel. Please be sure each piece of luggage is locked and has a tag listing your name, ship, and stateroom number.
MSC Cruise Lines and Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC assume no responsibility for carry-on luggage. Any luggage left at the pier will be forwarded at the guest's expense. Claims for luggage loss or damage must be made in writing to debarkation personnel prior to leaving the pier area.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO
Video or audio recording, filming, or photographs may occur onboard Jam Cruise 7, which may be owned, licensed, assigned or distributed nationwide and worldwide by Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, their affiliates and assignees. By signing the Jam Cruise 7 reservation form, you allow, waive and authorize Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, their affiliates and assignees the right to use your likeness in any manner whatsoever. You will not receive any compensation for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against allow Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, their affiliates and assignees for such use.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, has a zero tolerance policy regarding the use, possession, purchase or distribution of illegal controlled substances. Any violation of this policy will result in disembarkation from the vessel as well as the individuals being turned over to the local law enforcement officials for appropriate legal action. In such cases Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC and MSC shall not be liable for any refund or other compensation or damages.
VENDING
Due to prior agreements, NO VENDING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED during Jam Cruise 7. As a result, any and all vending on the ship is prohibited. Please do not make t-shirts, hats, posters, jewelry or anything else to sell while enjoying Jam Cruise 7. Anyone found in violation of this policy will have their unauthorized merchandise confiscated. This policy will be strictly enforced.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under these terms and conditions, liability by passengers for damage to or theft of luggage, personal property, delay, circumstances on board your cruise ship or elsewhere is limited. In addition, your right to recover in a legal proceeding will be based upon the applicable law and forum stated in the ticket voucher. You will find on board your cruise ship, independent concessionaires which Liricate shops, photography, gaming, etc. Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the actions of these independent concessionaires arising from your dealing with them. You must contact and deal or interact with them directly.
It is understood and acknowledged that Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC is an outside, independent promoter and does not Liricate the vessel controlled and owned by MSC Cruise Lines. In consideration of participating and attending Jam Cruise, you voluntarily assume all risks while onboard the vessel and release Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC of and from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, suits, injury or death, loss or damage of property, claims, attorney’s fees and demands whatsoever that may be sustained by you while onboard the vessel. This release shall be binding upon you, and your heirs, next of kin, executors and personal representatives.
Your decision to purchase and pay a deposit for this cruise program constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to all of the terms and conditions of the brochure, including the limitations of liability described in it. All disputes and matters whatsoever related to or involving Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC, shall be governed by and litigated in the State of Florida.
