Jam Cruise brings a lineup of eclectic and exciting artists to the ship, and that same ideology is brought to the Chefs at Sea program! Nightly late night buffets are curated by professional chefs hailing from around the country with all different backgrounds. With each chef bringing their unique talents and vision to the kitchen, the Chefs at Sea program offers something new and exciting every night!

Chef Chris "Shaggy" Davis is Jam Cruise resident chef and has been an integral part of heading up the Chefs at Sea program since its inception. Considered royalty of the seafood boil, Chris "Shaggy" Davis is a master of his trade and specializes in South Louisiana cuisine. Whether it's his famous boiled crawfish or succulent pig cochon de lait, he brings the flavors of Louisiana to you. The Nola Crawfish King has been feeding the masses in New Orleans for almost 20 years including the likes of Bill Clinton, Dave Matthews, Dave Grohl, George Porter, Jr., and Ivan Neville. In 2015 he launched Nola Cochon King

After her appearance on Jam Cruise 13, we are excited to welcome back Archna as the first ever Chefs at Sea alumni!

As the creative force behind the tantalizing food of Bhojanic, and new quick serve concept Bhojanic Market, and one of the most awarded and popular Indian food restaurants in the greater Atlanta area, Archna Becker has earned an amazing amount of accolades in her 20 plus year restaurateur career. She has garnered “Best” Indian restaurant awards from countless prestigious magazines, blogs and other publications including Creative Loafing, the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Atlanta Cuisine, City Search and Atlanta Magazine, which named Bhojanic one of Atlanta’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Archna (pronounced “urch-na”) is on the board of the Georgia Restaurant Association (GRA). She has been a regular guest host on a local radio talk show for foodies

Madison grew up in the panhandle of Florida and graduated from Johnson and Wales in 2000. At Home Team’s inception in 2006, he started working as sous chef under Taylor Garrigan and eventually advanced to Chef and Partner of the West Ashley location in 2009. Madison has been honing his “live fire” skills for years, experimenting with different methods on several types of cookers: Southern Prides, Langs, Oylers, BQ Grills, etc.

AJ Gregson is coming in from Ashevilel, NC. He and his wife own Mojo Kitchen & Lounge along with Lil' Mojo, their food truck. Gregson is a South Florida native with roots in the Carolinas. "I helped vend at my first music festival in 2004 and have been hooked ever since" Gregson says. He is very excited to shared his award winning food with Jam Cruise this year. In the words of the late Col. Bruce " This food is stupid good".
